1 ½ lbs. beef tenderloin, round, or chuck (cubed)
1 medium onion (diced) 1 tsp. oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
28 oz. can of tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes)
½ cup raisins ½ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. curry powder
whole clove (I.E. 10)
- Brown beef, onion & garlic in oil.
- 2. Add remaining ingredients, cover & simmer for at least 2 hours.
Serve with rice. Serves 5-6.
